Texting Issue - Operator not receiving new texts to main line on soft phone.
Since getting Ring Central it's surprising to see the number of people who don't answer the phone but will text back saying they are busy or whatnot. With that said, it is quite annoying that the operator (myself) receives new texts to our main number via email only but not on the soft phone. But if I initiate a text with the soft phone using the main number as my caller id then I can send and receive just fine. Why don't new incoming texts go to the operator's soft phone inbox automatically?
