How do I see my own video in a meeting?

When I join a meeting, I want to see what other people are seeing. I haven't found the answer by looking in settings or by searching on this site.

Simply turn on your video. You will also show as a small window.

That is the behavior I would expect. But it's not coming up. I can see the video feed if I go into the settings, but no window appears in the meeting itself.

Wow....I have never seen that issue occur before and I have had a good deal of meetings where my video is turned on. If in the meeting you have your video setting turned ON and that is occurring then I would recommend you start a ticket or otherwise contact RIngCentral support so they can drill down into your particular issue.

Daniel,  Can you also make sure you are on the most recent version of the Meetings app?  The latest version will launch two separate windows.  In one, you can see what other attendees are sharing, in the second, you'll see the video from everyone that has their camera on.  Your own video will be included.

Mike, I'll definitely verify that. My company just started using RingCentral over the past couple of weeks, so I don't think we're on an old version.
