A number of our users are experiencing issues logging into RingCentral. I am not able to open a case with support because of the login issue.This appears to be similar to an issue we had a few weeks ago.
Users in our Chicago and Florida offices are experiencing issues. If they are logged into RingCentral for Desktop, a message of "Calling unavailable" is shown. If they log out and attempt to log back in they receive the error of "Login failed Server error occurred. Please try again later."
All of my users are on version 9.4.3 of RC for Desktop.
