Mac app stuck

When I try and open Ring Central app... Get a pop up asking for mobile number to text the iOS app link... did it first time,,. but still asking and the app won't open past that point...

Are you using this link to the Desktop App? https://downloads.ringcentral.com/glip/rc/19.05.2/mac/RingCentral-19.05.2.dmg
