Sharing a video on a Ring Central video call

I will be looking to share a video spot on an upcoming Ring Central call that will have about 30 participants. In the past, doing so made the video jumpy and audio and visual were not in sync. Does anyone have any suggestions for sharing video so that it plays smoothly during a conference meeting?
