Urgent: Auto Answer must be given to admin control

I understand that the feature is on the app level but allowing individuals the ability to turn on and off the auto feature is a horrible idea. Now that more and more people are working from home this is something that can be abused by sales or negligence by customer service. As an admin we do not the ability to block this feature nor can we track it to see who has it on. Please help as soon as possible.

Did you ever find a solution for this? We're having the same frustration with this feature.


Also frustrated over this. We have several users we catch each year that enable this and leave for the day. Quite a few calls end up never making it to our after hours answering service. We only hear about it from those frustrated patients. At least give us the ability to remove it completely.
