RingCentral For Desktop Audit

I'm the tech administrator in our law firm and I need to be able to tell how often my employees are using RingCentral to talk to each other.

I'm requesting an analytics page for RingCentral app to see how often it's being used to chat, amongst who is chatting, and the ability to back up someone's messages if I suspect that they are deleting them before I can view the contents of their communication.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

I mean you can already audit the texts our employees send, you can audit the calls our employees make but we can't audit the chat logs?

Thanks for the heads up though.

Looking forward to this feature in the future.

I voted on this feature but SMS and internal messaging are separate. Will definitely need both. SMS can be used to circumvent internal messaging.
