Glip... was there finally an update for task to have reminders?

We have been with Glip Ring Central for several years and keep asking for Reminders to be added

If this is a new feature request please put your idea here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/
The RingCentral team will review the idea and check if the feature already exist or a new idea.
Based on that they will update you if the idea is approved and coordinate with you

I would be interested to know why RC thought it was a great idea to remove the Dashboard from the Glip, which was the default 'home' screen that would display nicely the upcoming/overdue Tasks and Calendar. So that the first thing we can do on our day is quickly see whats in front of us.
This was one of the features that made Glip amazing.

shouldnt a feature that suddenly disappeared be classified a bug, not a feature suggestion? :)

You make a great point, @IT Manager - but what we're trying to do with the ideas portal is build urgency around ideas (or feature gaps) that are causing the biggest pain points. And by documenting your use case and any other key details, we can be sure they'll have all the info they need moving forward.
I know it's a pain, but we're working to advocate for you on the Community/Ideas Portal side of things.
