credentials already in use login error message

when trying to login to the app on the computer or phone I am unable to login. I tried resetting my password, which I was able to reset but still receive the credentials already in use error message.

sometimes I get this message, othertimes it says "your email domain is already on ringcentral in a company with a different account".
