A client of mine just a few days ago signed up for a ring central fax account. he is now no longer able to log into his account, it says his password is incorrect. he has done several password resets, and they are not arriving in his inbox. He has checked spam and junk folders, the emails are not arriving.
He tried to call tech support, but apparently there is no way to speak with a human, all support calls tell him to use the self-help web page which is useless.
How can my client resolve this so he can log into his account?
