Can we turn off call queue notification emails?

When we add or remove a user from the call queue, the systems sends out an email notification stating, "You had been added to the call queue..." We are constantly adding and removing users for different reasons and the email notifications are unnecessary. I was told by support there is no way to turn this feature off. Thank you!

YEs, there is no option to specifically turn off those notifications. You may submit a feature request in our Ideas Portal. Please follow the guidelines on Article Submitting and Voting for Product Ideas.
