Why does each extension require a unique email address?

When we transition between employees or reorganize roles in our company, at times one person may need to assume more than one extension. We find that verifying the uniqueness of an email is a road block.

Recommendation: Remove the requirement that each extension has a unique email address.

Hi @jonathan-de-wolff, aside from phone number, email address is used to login on RingCentral's web portal and app for each extensions. Emails are used for password reset for each extensions as well.
