'Credentials already in use' error upon login

Hello,

I am encountering the following error when I login on the Desktop client. I can log into the web app without issue as long as I don't checkbox the remember me option in the web client login.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.
