[REQUEST] Persistent Call Monitoring

While monitoring, stay on the phone to listen to the next call instead of having to redial when the caller you are monitoring connects to the next call.

While waiting maybe have an audible beep every 20 seconds to assure you are still in the monitoring state then monitoring resumes when the next call connects.

As a call center this would save a lot of extra work for my managers and I guarantee this feature would be used by many sales and support offices.

We are a US account with nearly 70 users

Would be more of an extension monitor rather than just a call monitor, sounds cool. It's got my vote and I wouldnt even use it.

This was a feature on our old system and was one of the most useful training tools. We were actually surprised that it wasn't already a feature of the RC system. We have ~120 users and would utilize this feature daily.
