I've downloaded the latest version of the RingCentral Desktop Phone application (with telephone icon).  When sending a text message to multiple recipients, would love to have an option to send texts individually (preferably with personalization), not in a group environment, where all responses come to me (the sender) only.  Currently the message is sent as a traditional group text message where all responses are seen by all members of the group.

Our team members would love to bring the "Bug" back as an option.  Turn Group on or off as needed.

How did you get that to work? Please explain. Many of us have been trying and waiting for several years to have a group text operate that way to external phone #, (NOT RC clients).  As it is now on the smartphone "Phone app" - cannot reply to group message collectively so that all may see the text. Only individual replies are possible.

I've only tested on the RingCentral Phone Desktop ap.  I simply downloaded the latest version.  Group message came through as a collective group message so all recipients see the members and all replies.

I'm also having this problem, and this is ridiculous. RingCentral should work THE WAY IT IS DOCUMENTED. And if the program's behavior is changed... that should be in the release notes! Seriously what in the hell ringcentral this is ridiculous. Caused me to accidentally share a lot of clients' phone numbers...
