Has this been done by anyone successfully?
I will have about 6 Yealink W52Ps setup on one 4G LTE small business router.
It will be dedicated to VoIP traffic only. These phones will be the only thing connected to a it.

would love to hear how this works - I imagine the ping will destroy your call quality

We are going to give it a shot. So far we have had good success with the soft app on 4G LTE smart phones. Obviously this will be a bit different but we will see what happens.
We have an office in a location that cannot get good internet service from any major carrier, but they have good cell reception.

I don't know anyone off hand, but If you haven't done so, you probaby want to start with these tests.
