Ability to adjust frequency of Archiver sync

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested Setting to adjust the frequentcy of Archiver sync so sync occurs every 5/10/15/30 or 60 minutes.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature. Currently call takers that need to reference a call must wait 30 minutes to access logged calls on lines another call taker may have used. Because these users are not Super Admins they cannot access all company calls. Instead we use SFTP and sync them to Google Drive where access can then be granted to individual users. Unfortunately Archiver currently only syncs every 30 minutes, an eternity for a call center that deals in real time dispatching to have to wait to reference a previous call.
  5. Benefit of such feature Feature requested would allow Non-Super Admins access to company wide call recording faster without having to grant access to each user as a Super Admin
  6. Include any related case number if applicable Not a bug, no case filed. Simply a deficiency with the Archiver that would solve a ongoing problem for us and more than likely others.
