Ability to configure the Automatic Call Recording for specific users on a Call Queue

Having the ability to configure the Automatic Call Recording for specific users on a Call Queue would be very helpful for the company. Customizing members included on a call queue to be recorded. I tried adding the users to record but when a call is routed to the call queue, even if the user is included on the users to be recorded, it doesn't have a recording unless the call was routed directly to the extension.

Hello LAWON,

Did you want the whole Call Queue (all members in the queue) to have Automatic Call Recording?

If so, you can set this up now by going to that section under Auto-Receptionist and go under the Call Queue section. Once you check mark the call queue, all calls that come into the queue will be recorded.
