ability to edit iPhone contacts using RingCetral App. For example, in the past, he could select the “i” information icon beside a missed call or a text, and then he will have the option to add them to a current contact (iPhone contact) or create a new contact. Now it is no longer working.. what should we do with that?

We've changed this post to a feature request.  Anyone else who would like to have this ability please comment and vote.

I would like this feature and I believe it is likely that I am the person the technician (Jheck) posted this for. I've called in numerous times about this issue.

This feature existed before.  Something has changed that.  It may seem like a minor feature but it increased my productivity significantly every week while it worked.  Now I'm questioning whether I want to keep RingCentral or not. Switching back and forth between RC and iOS to manage contacts is a big problem.  Previously I could do it all in the RC app.  Either iOS changed something or RC did.
