Ability to quickly organize users on side car of receptionist's phone (with "presence" buttons) alphabetically

A brief description of the business: Attorneys at Law 
A high level description of the product or feature being requested: would like the ability to quickly organize the users on the side car of the receptionist's phone (the users with "presence" buttons). 
A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: Currently, for example, if we add a user like "John Doe" we have to delete everyone after "John" (to keep it organized alphabetically by first name) and then re-add them all below user John Doe. With 60 users, this can take a LONG time.
Benefit of such feature: HUGE time savings to be able to re-organize users alphabetically, which makes it easier for them to find for the receptionist when putting a call through as well.

Definitely need the ability to import and rearrange speed dial numbers.
