Accidental Purge

I had a customer call me yesterday and said he accidentally purged all his call logs, I wasn't sure how to tell him how to go about getting them back. Any ideas?

He needs to open a caseĀ  and/or contact RingCentral support. They are the only ones who can retrieve that, and usually only a short amount of time after it was deleted.
