Account Visibility for Nonemployees

Hi guys,

An employee has raised a situation where an external person was able to find and contact the employee Ring Central account (Glip) searching by his email address.

I've contacted RC support asking if we could prevent this to happen without the user recipient's consent. They said that there is no option for this and suggested to create a feature request.

My feature suggestion would be to have these options on our Admin Portal:
1. Send an external contact request to moderation;
2. Send a notification of contact request to the recipient/user;
3. Allow everyone to be contacted without notification.

That would be similar moderation settings as when we are setting an email group on Email providers like Google or Microsoft.

We believe this feature would improve security issues, like a fake account impersonating an employee account per example.

This makes 100% sense to me and am definitely voting for this. The users can go to the profile to see if it is someone within the company or not but realistically, how many end users do you see going to the profile of someone they already think is a verified source?
