This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Advanced rule: allow to go until midnight (fill in missing 15mins gap).

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Configure Advanced Rules based on Time/Date to span through midnight.

Advanced rules based on date/time does not allow you to create a rule that spans across 2 days.

Reproduction

Go to My Settings - Call Handling & Forwarding - Advanced - Create a rule based on date/time - mark start date as any time in the PM - mark end time as any date in the AM - Submit

Result

This will generate an error message stating there is a conflict that the TO field must not be greater than the FROM field. This type of rule can be achieved in the Biz Hours rules so it should also be an available option in the advanced rules section.

Please implement this. It should have been designed to allow people to select ALL minutes between the 15 minute gaps in the first place. There is no reason to limit it to 15 minute gaps. Now I can't set up my advanced call rules because we're a 24/7 company. We keep finding more and more limitations the longer we use RingCentral.

I'm happy to say that this feature is on the road-map.  I do not have an exact ETA, but there's a good chance you may see this in the next few months.

I would like to comment that I reported this bug the very day the new UI was released. The fact that it still has not been fixed baffles me. We have had several issues where the wrong person has been called (our fall back guy) during the hours of 11:45pm and 11:59.99pm which is very problematic for the employee who gets those. It is very unprofessional for a bug such as this to have not been dealt with yet.

Actually this has been fixed. It you set each day to 12am to 12am, it'll now recognize you want it to continue into the next day.

Well that still doesn't fit what I need I have it going from 6:00pm to 12:00am and I get this error:
Alert
There is a conflict in your setup. Please make sure each day's TO time is greater than its FROM time.
It won't let me continue.

LLC,  It will take a few weeks for the update to be pushed out to all users.
