Add ability to sort or alphabetize users lists by last name in mobile and desktop apps.

Tech Support says there is no way to alphabetize user lists by last name in the mobile and desktop app, is there a work around or feature that has been missed?

Hi, thought that the ability to sort contacts on the favorites section of the RC for desktop would be helpful especially for users who have a lot of contacts under.

Perhaps more than just sorting the names in alphabetical order, maybe a way to categorize them?

 We are a law firm using the standard feature.
The contacts list in the desktop app is organized by first name.  This is counter intuitive.  Most people/businesses I know of sort contacts and files by last name.  I have not found a way to set contacts by last name and was told in a chat session that it is not possible at this time.  I think it would be important for users to have this option to sort their contacts by last name.

Phonetic sorting is minimal market requirement if RC is planning to 
offer it to global companies with Japanese offices and users. I do not 
think it is a matter of a feature request from an user. It is minimally 
required feature that any VoIP or phone App would have. If your product 
manager does not know about this phonetic linguistic requirement, then I 
suggest that your product manager consult localization and 
internationalization consultant before deploying the Global Office feature 
to Japan. If you do not provide this feature, then I feel the Japanese 
users would see RC as an U.S.-centric vendor that cannot 
localize/internationalize properly for global markets.

I see that this is still not fixed.  It is really a pain to have to sort through your favorites since they're not alphabetical by EITHER first OR last name.  Especially as our company grows.
