This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Add Google Project FI cell phone service to text message notifications.

Google has introduced Project Fi cell phone service internationally.  I would like to receive text notifications from Ring Central to my Google Project FI cell phone service.  Please add Google Project Fi cell phone service as an option under drop down of cell phone carriers. Thank you.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Discontinued Mobile text notifications..

After years of providing this, tech support tells me they can no longer support TMobile text notifications for voicemail and faxes.

I use email notifications using the exact same xxx-xxx-xxxx@tmomail.net address, but the messages are long and cumbersome.

Why cant Ringcentral support text notifications to one of the largest mobile carriers?

Hello Daniel,

I am working on getting an official response regarding this. There are likely some implications that cannot be discussed on a public form

Im sorry, why couldnt this be discussed in a public forum? You stop support of a major mobile service without notice and it should be discussed.

Sorry for the frustration Daniel. We'll reply when we have something substantial to share.  There are often implications (legal, technical, or competitive, etc.) in nature that prevent us from discussing publicly.

We need Tmobile added back in. We have users who we would like to have receive text notifications for missed calls, etc
