Add HUD for presence as a widget in Live Reports Dashboards to enable monitoring

The current live reports dashboard is wonderful, but it would be even better if you could monitor calls from a widget.  Something similar the the HUD presence.

  1. Account type (Canada)
  2. A brief description of the business  (Property Management)
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested (Ability to click on user in widget for queue in live reports to monitor)
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature (Watching the live reports and seeing a call has gone long, we could monitor without loading the desktop app.
