Add/increase audio notification for incoming chats on Salesforce Agent (inContact).

Software development and technical support using Salesforce Service Cloud. Agents get busy with multiple browser windows and apps and cannot always keep the Salesforce Agent form at the forefront of their screens. They currently have 2 - 3 27" monitors, but incoming contact notifications are not seen because the agents are viewing another screen or the SF Agent is covered by another app or another browser tab is active.  It would help eliminate missed contacts if some audio indicator was played.
We have 16 users that this could impact.
