After hours forwarding. As you can select call forwarding to go to a specific user within users, I need the ability to do the same thing for text messages. Ex. If someone texts a user during the after hours, I need that text to be forwarded to the user working the after hours.
i go to after hours and hit the drop box and select call forwarding, I then go to the right and select to add a number and choose the extension that will be in charge of the "after hours". This person gets all "after hours" calls as well as voicemails. I need the selected "after hours" extension to also receive text messages from all other extensions during the after hours.. Hope that answers your question..
Oops - we were looking in the wrong settings - we did find what you are referring to. Yes, we will look at adding this functionality in our tool. I'll update this post in the next several weeks when it is ready for testing.
