Allow ability to define a schedule for overflow calls in similar way to custom rules.

I have a need to overflow calls to a specific group on specific days and within specific hours. I would like Ring Central to either add the date/time options to the overflow settings OR add overflow to the custom rules options so we can schedule as needed.
Currently, overflow settings are all or nothing.
Custom rules aren't able to be defined for just overflow.

This seems like a large product gap
