Allow admins to login as a user

When reaching out to support to check into a user/setting issue, they have the ability to login as any user and see everything as the user sees it, but this ability was kept from us as the account admins for an unknown reason. Please grant us this same ability, as it doesnt make sense to require us to change their password before we login as them, and then force them to use the new password we set.

This would let admins listen to user's voicemail messages without their knowledge.  That seems problematic.  It seems reasonable to at least need the user to share their password or have it reset for someone to be able to do this.

I believe this would be useful.  And just to let you know Brandon, admins can already do this in the admin portal, especially if they are a super admin.  This is apart of what is done on business property belongs to the business and can be viewed and retrieved at random.  Such example is emails, so I don't think this would cause any additional access that an admin doesn't already have other than the ability to easily troubleshoot issues the user has.

Absolutely.  I just posted the same request.  Not only that, if a user complains about not getting calls, it would be nice for the admin to go in and check the presence status real quick and flip if needed.  Same goes for supervisors.  If your employees are sitting in "do not disturb", supervisors should be able to manipulate if needed.
