- Staffing company.
- Employees are making sales calls and their managers want to be able to see the number and duration of outgoing calls their making. Manager A needs to see the outgoing call logs for employees 1,2,3, 4 and 5. Manager B needs to see the outgoing call logs for employees 6, 7, 8 and 9. As a Super Admin, I create two Performance Reports for Manager A and B to see their perspective employees. The problem: Any reports I create within "Analytics and Reports" are tied to my account. If I leave the company, these reports are lost when my RingCentral account is terminated. It also means no other Super Admin can see these reports or edit them. So I'm stuck having to manage them by myself instead of delegating to my other RingCentral Super Admins. Also, reports are tied to a user's name, rather than to the extension. We frequently lose employees and their replacement, using the same extension. So even though employee 1 that uses extension 89000 leaves our organization and is replaced with Employee 10 and gets assigned the same 89000 extension, employee 10 will not show up on the report until I modify it by adding employee 10 and removing employee 1. Why isn't the reporting tied to the extension, regardless of the user using it?
- Performance Reports created by Super Admins should be visible by all other Super Admins and belong to the organization rather than by the creator of the report. Extension numbers should be the key field in these reports rather than the end user.
- Easier management of Perf. Reports for larger organizations.
