In my company, our EA & AA's need to be able to "dial out" from their Phones (Polycom VX410/411s) as if it is the Exec themself calling. This is so the call recipient sees the Exec's CallerID and is more likely to answer.
Similarly, our Execs have 'private' lines that are not published, and need to be able to pick up that line and call out on it from time-to-time, but without placing two phones on their desk. Asking them to modify callerID info before placing a call is not an option.
We had this functionality on our previous VoIP provider, with Polycom IP450's, so the ability to do so is there, just not implemented in RingCentral.
I would very much like to see the same functionality implemented with RingCentral.
We have 300+ lines in the company, multiple call queues and integrations.
