I just tried to watch a RC Youtube video about the Cisco ATA.

The loud finger-snapping sound effects in the background music are very distracting and annoying.

Please give us some relief in future videos. Cut out the background music and the annoying sound effects. They don't contribute anything.

Thank you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry to hear that the snapping sound in the background of the music was irritating to you. We'll be sure to bring this to the attention to those that can make a decision on this.

You're welcome.

Background music and sound effects can be really cool and really good in advertising videos. And I'm sure that the personnel who produce the videos must think of these in that way in these videos. But instructional videos different where viewers are trying to concentrate on the step-by-step.
