I am a manager in my office and not in the incoming call hunt group.  I would like to be able to answer a call coming to that hunt group manually.  Is there a feature that would allow me to do this?  Our old phone system would allow me to pick up the handset, dial 68, and pick up the call.

We setup multi tier hunt groups for our branch offices, incoming goes to the recept, after 3 rings goes out to the next tier of extensions.  There are a couple different ways to configure this, personally I'd call the support line and get help.  But yes, it can be done.

If the call is ringing on a single extension, that is easiest as you can just give yourself permission to grab incoming calls on that extension from your phone. This can be configured in the Presence settings for that extension.

As Dan Davis suggested, it might be best to contact Support for assistance with a setup that works best for your situation as there are a couple different ways it could be configured.

Assuming the hunt group is a virtual user with a sequential Ring Group, I think you can monitor Presence  of the virtual extension w/ ability to answer calls for it.
