Anyone been able have Company Voicemail accessible for all users?

We have a company main number. We have it set up so if there is no answer, customers can leave a voicemail for the company main. I would like to have it notify all 3 employees somehow that there is a voicemail and also allow them to check it. Anyone been successful with this simple setup? RingCentral support is clueless.

Setup a mail group and have VM delivered as attachment to that new address.

Thank you for your quick reply. I would love to do it this way but we are bound by HIPAA, so no voicemail attachments allowed. I have created the mail group and they do get notifications that there is a voicemail waiting, but no attachment, as intended. So now, is it possible for a user check the company main voicemail from within their App or account without logging out and back in to another account?

I have a customer that does it like this:

Send voicemail to a virtual extension.  

Multiple users then log into that extension via the web interface to manage messages.

This allows them to not have to logout of their desktop app and they just keep a browser tab open for that 'shared' extension.

Now that's a good idea. We already have the virtual extension, it was created in order to ring all 4 phones when someone dialed the main line (support suggested in that solution). I will try your idea, thank you!

Let me know how it works out.  I do think there could ultimately be a better solution from RingCentral, but in the meantime we do what we can ;)
