App crashes with new windows update, x64 based systems version (KB4058043).

The app partially opens then freezes with a black white screen within the app.  I've restored windows to a previous version, but once the update re-installs, the ring central app has the same problem.  I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the ring central desktop app.
