Better Audit Trails - I called today to see if there were any audits available for when a call is listened to, and/or deleted? The call logs currently do give us a good amount of information, however, we work in a healthcare practice and would like to know when someone might be deleting messages without actually listening to them. It would be a quality assurance tool we can use to protect our patients and ensure that proper documentation is happening in the practice. We have 30 users in our practice.
