Automated call reports for individual lines (team members)

Under Subscriptions, there is no feature that allows you to pick the User Activity for a specific line/ext or team member and have it emailed automatically them every week. For companies like ours that have specific call quotas for our team members, this kind of reporting goes a long way for each team member to be able to see where they are. We already have the User Activity for the entire  account, but not for individuals.

I agree with Jorge, this would be a huge help! This is very important for companies who have phone call expectations for their employees. There are a few other systems that offer this option so this could be a big differentiator for RC.

We could use this too.  Many of our teams are call volume driven.  Getting a report in the middle of the day regarding your stats would be helpful.
