Automatic Do Not Disturb when missing a call

We have a customer service business in the United States. When a user misses a queue call due to not answering the call in the specified amount of time, it would automatically put the user in do not disturb, or busy. This would prevent them from getting another queue call if they inadvertently forgot to put them self in do not disturb and walked away. 

Currently, the call rings on to the next user and potentially the user after that. Then the next queue call goes to the same person who just missed the call. This can cause more wait times for the caller.
