Available presence issue in desktop app

We are new customers. Using Cisco desk phones and the RC desktop app for chat purposes. Version: 19.8.1 (E. 2.0.14) Build: 776 (rev. 666395a)

The app is designed to change your presence status from "Available" to "Offline" if you don't use the app for 15 minutes. We want to force the app to show "Available" even if we are not actively using it, as long as we are at our computer. So I may not use the app for an hour, but I want other employees to see me green/available for chat.

How do we accomplish this?

Hey Danner! Our Product Team is actually working on making the presence based on your computer activity :) They're hoping to get it out by the end of the year. If that changes, I'll let you know :)
