In the past we have been able to forward calls to numbers that are within the system (the users digitall number.)
Since the update to the new system we are not able to do this. Can you please add this feature back.

We use it for all of our clients to give them the ability to have a select group of phones ring first and if the call is not picked up we have it ring all of the phones. With this new update we can no longer have the first group of phones ring a second time with the rest of the phones.

Can you be more specific or give an example or share a screenshot?  Do you mean in the user web interface under call handling & forwarding where you can forward to other users phones or numbers?

Correct. When trying to add the direct line of the first 3 phones to ring again in the second call group i receive the error. This was possible in all previous version of the system software but not on the latest. I spoke with support about this and they told me it was removed from the new system and to add a feature request here.

This is currently correct.

The option to manually forward from one Ext to another Ext via the user's number (DL) by entering in the whole number will prompt an error message.

What you need to do is go to "Forward to Other users phones" and select the users device. That is the correct way to do it.
