Call hunt group users should be automatically marked "busy" if they're on ANY other call (not just within the call hunt group), and they should be skipped within the call hunt group if they are busy.

We have a call hunt group with 4 people with a specific direct number that is used for marketing purposes.  If one of the people is already on a call, they should be skipped since they are unavailable.

This happens if the user is taking a call from the call hunt group...however...this is not the case if the user is on a call with another internal team member, or on another call that they received or dialed out from their direct dial number.

A user should be marked busy regardless of where or how the call originated.  If the user is already on a call, they should not be available for a call within a call hunt group.  How do we fix this?

The result of the current functionality is that we receive a ton of missed calls because callers are not being skipped to the next available representative.  Our users will already be on a call with either an internal member, or someone they called (or they were called directly), and yet a call to a hunt group still comes to their extension.

How do we resolve this?
