Call que and group greeting customization

When users call into a group they are met with a default message " please hold while we connect you ..." in the generic female ring central voice. My clients hear once voice for ivr menu, call recording message, call que greeting, and then are met with a different voice using the word "HOLD" which is unacceptable. We are getting complaints the we are putting people on hold because this default message, that can not be customized or removed is telling them that they are on hold.

Just turn it off. I think it is the "Connecting Message"...just uncheck the box in that call queue's settings.

- Select the queue
- Greeting and hold music
- Call Queue Greeting - this is the one you need to uncheck
