Call Queue: How can I change call queue hold times?

i have the system set to ring my desk phone and cell at the same time.  I want to know if there is a way to send to voicemail after 5 min of holding if i dont pick up.

Can we increase the hold time to max 1 hour. Some customer would like to wait as long as they get help. 15 minutes is just to short.
