Call Queue Members within Call Queue Groups

We are a mid sized UK based company with 20-25 staff. 
We currently have 111 groups set up with approx 100 of them being Call Queues which contain direct numbers. These groups are set up separately so we can manage service levels and know who is calling. 
We have a group of the same staff which are added to each group. When a member of staff needs to be added to these groups I currently have to go through each Queue to add them.
Would it not be beneficial to have a group (of these staff members) which can be added within a Call Queue instead of individual users.
That would then enable me to add and remove from a group which would affect all call queues rather than going into each queue individually. It is currently taking me over an hour to do this each time a member of staff joins us or leaves.
