While Using the RC Phone app I would like the ability to be able to be a part of a call queue that when someone called the queue and I can not answer, that I have the ability to deny the call and my actual phone can stop ringing, while all other phone in the queue continue to ring until all other users deny or answer.  If all deny then it will go to VM.   THIS WILL BE A GAME CHANGER FOR ANYONE USING THE RC PHONE APP!!!!

I may not be understanding correctly.  I have a test call queue set up with multiple members and when it rings my smartphone app I have the option to "Decline" or "Accept".  If I decline the call, it does still ring the other members of the queue.  Is the issue specifically and mainly when all decline the caller continues to hold for the set maximum wait time and then goes to voicemail?  In that event, we would need to have this feature request implemented.  Please correct me if I am miss understanding.

I do not get that option on my Android Phone.  Galaxy S8+.  Neither do the Iphone users in my group.   The RC Phone app rings, and its a direct connect when answered.  I understand what you mean, there is an option to turn on the accept / deny option when answering.  My issue is I don't want to answer the line.  So when I swipe the VM red circle to deny the incoming call, it keeps ringing until the hold time expires.  I have ours down to 15 seconds so it wasn't ridiculous.

I want the ability to not have to answer the call the accept or deny.  If I am sitting in front of a client I want to be able to silence the call because I can't answer it.  I don't need the call to go to VM until the time expires OR all users deny the call.

Is this when the phone is locked?  When the phone is locked, at least what I am testing/using on an iPhone latest app and iOS it is only a swipe to answer, and when the phone is unlocked you have the option to decline.  On the iPhone, you can press the volume down button to silence the call coming in at that moment.  If the caller has not waited for the maximum hold time the queue will keep trying other members through the set rotation.  When it is your users turn for the call it can send another call/ring to your phone/user for the same person on hold calling in.  I do not have an Android phone to test on but if you get a chance to try the volume down button.  With Android, it at times is difficult with the different OS versions and how the manufacturers set the phones to work.

One option to work around this may be to change and test the call handling of the call or if it changes during the day making an advanced rule(s) to alter the handling at different times of the day.
