As of today, there are several ways to see the members of a call queue in the Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral.
- Toggle between call history and call queue viewer (bottom right box)
- In the call queue viewer, select a call queue to see members of that queue, in the directory, and their status
- Pop Out Viewer: Select call queue to display # of calls in selected call queue (Red Box)
