Call Queues: Add additional ring length options

In the call queue option, you can set it to ring for 15 or 30+ seconds.  Our leadership specifically wants to have the options of 20 and 25 seconds.

3 rings may not be enough for our team but 30 is a long time for our customers to wait.

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Maximum hold time to wait for an available call queue member has an option for 30 seconds and 1 minute onwards, but no option for 45 secs. 
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature:  a 30-second ring duration may be too short on a busy day, but a minute is too long.
  5. Benefit of such feature: customer will have ample time to accommodate multiple incoming calls.
