Call Queues: Mass Call Queue Updating

US Account - Real Estate Website that has a national real estate agent presence and each call queue represent one agent and a specific phone number.

I need the ability to update all Call Queues/Groups at once with a template. For example, if I decide the change the call handling from Rotating to Simultaneous, I should have to manually go in and update 750 queue one by one. I should be able to edit a Call Queue/Group template and then apply to all call queues or specific call queues. If I need to add a holiday greeting (office closed), I need to create a new greeting and apply to call queues temporarily.

I need the ability to add a new User to all Call Queues at once and not update 750 Call Queues one at a time. 

Mass updating is critical for time efficiency of my team and admin's. I had this with my old system and had the expectation that this would exist on the new system, and it does not. This i an enhancement that is critical to my long-term relationship with Ring Central.

We really would use this feature as well, as we develop more and more queues in our system, managing them one by one is getting to be really cumbersome.
