Victor, if you are using an iPhone, the limitation is with the phone software and not with RingCentral. The setup on the iPhone automatically defaults to it if a call comes in. There is nothing RingCentral can do about the way Apple configures their software. I'm not sure in the case of Android, as I don't use an android phone. The way I get around the problem you describe is I sign in to RingCentral on my iPad and turn off the link between it and my iPhone for taking cell calls on it. Not a perfect fix, but it does work.
